Regular city council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of month. Regular meetings begin at 6 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Workshop meetings are held on the Monday before each regular meeting, and usually begin at 4 p.m. Agenda and packet documents are typically posted to the website late in afternoon on the Friday before each council meeting.

For example, the minutes for the first meeting of the month can be found as an attachment to the minutes item on the agenda for the second meeting of the month.
